Finding a primary care provider for a baby is an important job. We recommend you research and choose a pediatrician before your little one arrives. If you decide to research a pediatrician after your baby arrives, you can still access these helpful tools.
Your choice can include a family medicine doctor or a pediatrician. If you already see a family medicine doctor, you can ask him or her to care for your baby, as well. If you are cared for by an obstetrician or midwife, you will need to choose a different health care provider for your baby. On behalf of your baby, it will be our pleasure to notify your baby’s health care provider once your baby has arrived.
