Supporting Moms and Moms-To-Be

Pregnancy and motherhood both come with plenty of ups and downs. While it can be a life-affirming, joyful experience, there’s also the more challenging side. The Mother Baby Center offers moms and moms-to-be unique support groups led by experts from Allina Health, providing services and encouragement before, during and after childbirth.

Baby Café

Breastfeeding support group run by health professionals such as board-certified lactation consultants. It focuses on every aspect, from prenatal to weaning, as well as help with pumping and maintaining supply.

Who is this group for?
Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Is it free to attend?
Yes. Appointments aren’t needed.

Support group for moms with hospitalized babies, who want to share experiences, practice relaxation, improve their coping skills, learn about self-care or talk with providers.

Who is this group for?
Moms with babies currently in NICU, SCN, ICC or CVCC units.

Is it free to attend?
Yes. Registration isn’t required.

A safe, open environment that encourages discussion about a wide range of topics which might normally be difficult to talk about. Subjects include relationship stress, changes in identity, sadness and more.
